REST, Respite Education and Support Tools, is a nationally-recognized interactive two-day Train-The-Trainer course that prepares those who will train REST Companions™ to provide respite in their own communities.

Join us on August 17 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 and August 18, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm at the Upper Cumberland Development District Office (UCDD), 1225 S. Willow Ave, Cookeville, TN, for this training course.
